Aspire driving school was founded by Mark Fletcher when, following the success of his Bournemouth business, he wanted to return to his home city to raise his young family.

Mark was educated in Harnham and at Salisbury Cathedral School. He served as a police officer for Avon and Somerset Constabulary, and is an experienced trainer of military drivers. He qualified in 1989 and has 21 years of driving teaching experience, and is fully CRB checked.
